Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sollr account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from within the app

Open Sollr and go to the Settings tab.
Under your account, tap Delete Account.
Confirm and enter your password.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account credentials (email and sign-in)
Your relationship orrery — people, habits, and events
Your activity history
All synced data stored on our servers, including contact details

No data is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in or have uninstalled the app, email support@sollr.app from the address associated with your account, and your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop using Sollr for a while, simply sign out — your cosmos will be waiting when you return.
